Features:

• The main foam material we use for our returnable containers is a tough, long-lasting, polyethylene (inclUding cross link). However, polyurethane foam (ester or ether) and polystyrene are also available for less demanding applications.

Partitions/Dividers can be:

• Removable - To give more flexibility to the use of the box.
• Anchored - To help restrict the use of the box and to prevent partitions from getting lost.

We currently produce more than 200 different partition sets. New sizes can be produced for a modest engineering charge.
The normal minimum cell size is 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x l 1/2" high.

Partitions can be designed in one of 3 ways:

1. Submit an actual partitioned box which you want us to duplicate.
2. Submit a sketch of a box with partitions. Be sure to specify maximum outside box dimensions, as well as the "clear" inside cell dimensions (allow approximately 1/16" for each divider). Also specify whether partitions are to be anchored or removable.
3. Send us your part(s), along with maximum desired box dimensions and maximum desired box weight (when full). Specify whether are to be anchored or removable. Convoy will design a box to accommodate your needs.  

COROPLAST™ introduces SPUN BOND LAMINATED SHEETS to solve your Class A finish needs. We will provide you with our quality standard Coroplast™ material with 2.5 ounce Lt. Blue or Black 100 % polypropylene Poly Spun laminated to either one side or two sides. Poly Spun material is not UV treated.
